From what I have heard, the people holding shares who have been here from day 1 and are close to JP trust in him and will ride it out. I know I will and when I met JP, it was as if he knew what resources he was holding and that all candelas would provide the necessary results. He is not a white collar guy wanting to please the paper shufflers, he is just getting on with it and doing what he knows !
