One bird in the hand (now) is worth more than two in the wild (with timing unknown), but is all up to individual choice /needs.
Having said that, if the TO did eventuate, retail investors like us has very little choice and no control, but to go with the flow (what the big boys decide - depending on the premium offer).
Definitely a positive thing if the TO eventuate.
