attention off the status quo.

The important issues confronting GXY now is:-

(a) how profitable is Mt Catlin?

(b) How profitable is the Carbonate likely to be?

If GXY does not know the answers of (a) & (b) above than it ought because
that's where the shareholder's funds have been sunk.

Before embarking on the proposed two new factories, GXY should first earn its stripes by proving the business model profitable to date. Forecast production costs and revenue for the Carbonate Plant would be a good start rather than
factory dreaming.
