true that our past and currant board don't deserve jack!!! most people have lost far in excess what they grant themselves in bonuses and wages each year along with the other companies they oversee they should be drawing performance only salary packages of this company until this can self support itself, you as the board aren't doing anybody any favours here by holding on to a life line i see no mandate here for shareholders and theres little blood left and a transfusion is well needed.
