The capital is going to be used to fast track the development of the Sal de Vida demo plant. Why?

From the investor presentation: "Relocating and upgrading existing pilot facilities, establishing demo plant program to test industrial processing assumptions, serve as a training platform and produce commercial samples of lithium products to facilitate advanced qualification procedures with potential customers". Advanced qualification with potential customers you say? Very interesting. I wonder which global player could be on the negotiation table with Anthony Tse...Now that would be an interesting meeting to be a part of.

Combine this with the information from the investor presentation that "project financing evaluation is ongoing" and and "Discussions underway with offtakers and potential strategic partners" from the Sal de Vida section of the investor presentation.

Very clear to me that there are customers inline, and some are clearly scrambling to secure supplies. Why else would you execute your last option of a capital raise and fast track Sal de Vida months ahead of plan. We are literally starting construction this month through this funding. Need I say more?

Big things to come from GXY.
