All will be revealed when the offtakers are made known. On a serious note. I'd do what AT is doing. Offer shares to partners/potential partners to develop SDV or even James Bay. Instead of doing a JV setup, profits are not split up, maintain 100% ownership and determine what dividends to issue. In turn, the offtakers won't want to see GXY shares loose value by giving preferential services to GXY. WIN-WIN.

Retailers would not add as much value at this point as GXY is not doing CR to pay off debts, keeping afloat or need much more money to fund SDV and James Bay.

IMHO, 54cents is history... those who sell today have disembarked and this who bought has just begun to sail. GLTAH
