GXY will not be able to show a 25 mill profit for ages - looking at the debt situation and SdV

Also - I believe due to the convoluted structure of GXY only 1 operation is viable at this stage(and we are already told to expect further delays in turning neutral on that due to feed stock change) and can't see that finance any of the rest.

I am yet to see any projections that tell me otherwise - all I see is "further investment risk" as you will see again in the offer document.

Do we have any assurances of current directors taking up their entitlements or major SH ???
