    It is amazing..how they can issue a rights at 8 cents ?!!

    What was the logic in it to offer a discount of up to 65%!!

    This is a very dilutive approach and I wonder who will be happy with it.

    Can anyone explain the reason why this approach would best suit the shareholders ?
