1) no explanations for board decision on 8c pricing

2) no explanations for board decisions on rights being untradeable

3) no comments on first 5 shareholders interest on subscription

4) no details on MtCallin cost unefficency and/or on timetable for competitiveness vs Talison

They could have made a one page, one line, presentation .... "give us your money and then pray with us"

I think this presentation shows once more why Iggy should leave for a 3yrs absence.
