To me having the rare earth deposit, metalization process and IP is more valueable than just having the resource. There is too many companies who just dig a hole find gold, make an announcement and nothing else happens except for the SP going south. I heard about GXY when it was sub $1, my hands were tied due to lack of funds, since those days I have made an absolute packet by pure accident with a RE company. DYOR
