    1. SDV now fully funded.
    2. NO debt.
    3. A HUGE company next door who hopefully will share infrastructure
    4. 400m shares divide by $370m AUD adds 90c per share.
    But I bet the market will not reflect that feeling
    Will be an interesting opening!
