Good update so they confirm their guidance. This was really an unnecessary announcement. It seems that they might be close with a buyer and have to give potential buyers an update on the 2022 results . Since they have provided buyers the results they have to update the market and make sure that the market is informed. They also confirm that they are continuing to work with Luminis so we should see some action in the next month or so.
