It is pretty clear that insiders have known since April that they guys would miss guidance. That is why it was dumped so heavily. They have known for months but wait until the last few weeks of the year to tell the market no dividends in sight. These guys create expectations of higher rev and profit and then always miss big. Hopeless. This happens every year.
