I just followed you and did exactly the same if the first resolution fails then that leads to a board spill and they can apply to get reelected - personally I would like to see some young keen candidates and at least one woman on the board with AJ , I had a shareholding in another company that had a great MD also , but in that case the board were useless including the Chairman , company got taken over for a song and then the mine became highly profitable and share holders were short changed for their investment , and the MDs skills went begging elsewhere , hate to see that here .
I told the MD to go it alone as I had confidence in him , but he succumbed to the boards decision to a merger .
That MD lacked corporate skills but was a great operator , I suspect the same is with AJ he is more a journeyman than an Amani suit corporate guy , he really needs to get some great enthusiastic board members IMHO .
