The buy side is building - 350k+ at .195 right now out of 1.8m buys side.
Of course that doesn't necessarily mean all that much with this stock - but every now and then it has a small rally - before dropping to lower lows again.
New thought - Maybe the major holders want the price up a bit when they hold the AGM later this month?
