A good summary of execution risk there and an informative post, the concerns I have is that some things can be fixed/rectified or replaced going forward (e,g infrastructure, management, mining costs, any hedging or concentrate costs etc) but one thing that you absolutely cannot fix is the orebody, you can reconcile better by understanding the geology and adjusting resource modelling and mining techniques but its a very expensive way to learn about your orebody....
