Hi Fancy, I'm of the same opinion. but right now the market is telling us all otherwise. I know we need to wash out some of the guys from that raise . Bit even so - the market is not showing anything on the horizon - and as they say the market is always right.....any further thoughts on the matter appreciated. Pete
