I'm saying that GLL would not add him to the board unless there was good reason. If our coy is in the fortunate position to attract t/o proposals they will need expertise in this area. Now GLL may prefer not to be taken over as they may pursue other options. Don't forget the reserves being targeted only covers part of their tenement with the possibility (yet to be investigated) of further reserves in the Galilee and they also have the Surat Basin in play (able to be funded from GB gas sales). Nevertheless in these circumstances Gordon Grieve's expertise may also be valuable in resisting such overtures. They could however consider selling the reserves (hopefully in play) and retain current status quo of the coy (all the shares).
