Non-Executive Director Resignation

Mr. Campbell Smith has resigned as Non Executive Director from the Board of Galilee Energy Limited (ASX: GLL) and all associated companies.

In addition Mr. Smith has informed the Board that he intends to sell all GLL shares held directly, and by entities associated with him.

With the stated intention of the Smith family to exit the Company?s register, the Board, on behalf of shareholders, would like to acknowledge the Smith family?s significant contribution and support in the achievements of the Company and where it stands today with significant assets, a sound financial position and a clearly stated strategy for future growth.
