    AGL in legal dispute with BHP, Santos on gas prices in the AFR


    Santos, one of AGL’s gas suppliers, said last week that gas prices for delivery in 2015-16 were already towards the upper end of its forecast range of $6-$9 a gigajoule. That compares with historical prices of about $3.50-$4 a gigajoule.
