Yin - brokers say if around 5% of register put money in its a sign of an unhappy register and if 15% of holders put money in the company has a happy register! And holders normally put in on average $2000 - 3000 each in rights issues, based on that. If Terrain has 1000 holders so 5% = 50 shareholders, you might expect to get $100k to 150k and if the register is happy you get 15% of them putting money in so = 150 shareholders would get $300k to $450k range. A broker mate told me this calculation this is how the gauge how much to underwrite and get zero take up!!
So is the register happy? ??? and how do current market conditions fear/greed and risk on/off effect terrains holders think????
We will find out very soon. A short fall would be expected if they spoke to brokers! and would have been expected. its just the size and what they have planned for it if any? I guess Terrain always offers/rewards smaller holders and brings them along, smart move as many Co don't, and it might pay off in hard markets. let's see.
