I don’t mind this. When I hear US department of defence I immediately think open cheque book. Particularly when we are talking about a critical ingredient like gallium that is, what would seem, becoming harder and harder to get.
Hopefully this M2i are switched on and have a good relation with the defence department because if they have, there will be plenty in it for them to keep them motivated in order to make this arrangement work.
