This is not as bad a the market reaction suggests. Seems to be the traders booking gains/losses after the announcement is in.
What's more important is what does the potential off takers think of this? The certainty of supply and urgency of supply will be their key concern which is different from traders wanting 2x or 3x gains. Does the initial numbers justify an early partnership to secure a piece of this in return of funding to explore and develop this further. My gut feel is "yes" - all things considered. we need to mine gallium - There isnt any coming from china any more.
This goes in a holding pattern for me until there is more news around engagement with off takers who expressed interest.
