I didn't think it was a panic dump.
My first impression was our large seller using it as an excuse to offload a few million more.
OEL remained unchanged, although they also have a big seller happy with 9c, but unlike NDO, they have a buyer/s happy to keep picking them up at that price...imo.
Note our pre open "would be" seller with 1.65M still keeps putting it on offer, then removing prior to match...our large seller just playing games, or indicating to someone selling not yet done?? Someone is playing around.
With the Annual Financial Report to Dec 2013 due around 19/20 March, we don't have long to wait to see who our mystery seller might be.
Bit of a bummer only getting the top 20 once a year...circumstantially, wonder if they'll forget to put it in?
