OLF, there might be oil down there somewhere but the appetite to keep look after a few failed attempts has dried up.
Sell down for a free carry is a step in the right direction but moving to a caretaker management reducing all staff, overheads etc doesn't appear to be happening. I'm sure Petronas is more than capable on driving the search in the Gambia and we just need someone to rubber-stamp the decisions.
