A business of ESH's size needs doers, passionate and invested tech people developing the platform, not execs making the odd phone call and swanning around thinking they are part of some multi-national, multi-billion dollar business. Bring the Kate's and co on to take it to the next level, but presently, there is no business here, no usable platform, no customers and no revenue. But hey - ESH has a board! It's nuts, it's all wrong.
