Will the price paid by Ganfeng for 50% of the JV be a guide for the market cap of LLL when they issue a prospectus? That is, is it possible for the implied market cap of LLL (prior to listing) to exceed $130m USD? Obviously, upon listing it will be up to the market to determine what the MC should be.
