I am from Germany as well and participated in the last capital raise, which had exactly the same disclaimer.
Meanwhile I have received various notifications from my bank that FFX requested the status of shares held in my account.
As such I would expect that EU and UK will be included in "as many jurisdictions as resonably possible".
Anyways, how would they handle it otherwise? It is a demerger and the value of LLL is still contained in FFX to date.
