If shareholders knew that the JV agreement included the relinquishing of all of our sales rights, I certainly would not have held on during both court cases as the 25% JV meant nothing when it came to the crunch.
I don't know how they will continue to raise more funds from any future CR. They will need some very spectacular gold grades to rally their loyal supporters again.
