Obviously you don't understand the Australian fair trade laws either FO. We tried to fight it in court, we lost, end of story. I know you have 10 million shares and are hoping for a miracle but it ain't going to happen.
If AGS had a case we would have won in court, we didn't.
Lack of disclosure by AGS cost us a lot of money. Confidentiality didn't benefit us did it!
AGS knew what their claim was, Heathgate knew what their claim was, why didn't the shareholders know what their claim was? We still don't know, why is it still confidential?
