I think I have explained adequately how confidentiality has cost us. I wrongly had assumed you were smart enough to comprehended what I had written? Isn't it a requirement of an ASX listed company to be open to their shareholders, not to keep secret important details that may have allowed their shareholders to make different investment choices. If you remember the reason for the 60 cent capital raising was for production to commence as we were told by the board. The true reason was for litigation which they obviously knew at the time. You could say they had engaged in misleading conduct in regards to that capital raising don't you think? Maybe if you wanted to take action against a party if should be focused towards AGS and not Heathgate. Who really mislead their shareholders?
