The underlying question is why bring in a handful of OS insto's who until Hartleys OS guided hand trip to EU knew nothing of this Co only to dilute ALL holders other than those in on the placement. And then drop the news that would have allowed them to raise (if they needed to raise at all) at a HIGHER price. They couldn't hold the placement over until they'd drilled the well?

And YES Hartleys have benfited so why wouldn't they be "convinced" when their corporate Divvie has just done another $25m wrth of business to say nothing of their preferred clients who also also got a look in.

Unless you got shares @26 you have been massively diluted to raise cash that the Co. itself just 4 weeks ago claimed it didnt need. Why? And for what?

If you have such "belief" in this Co and its assets why aren't you like a significant number of its major shareholders unimpressed to say the least of both this donation to a select few and the appalling SP performance over the last 3 years.

Ask yourself this? Who's preofessional advice was it that told them to hold back positive news til tthey'd hugely diluted at such a discount? Someone who particpiated or someone who didnt?
