I guess drilling is an inherently uncertain business. The most prospective target can as we know be potentially difficult or dissapointing
As someone said recently no one well is a company maker and historically any gallop in the sp is short lived so unlikely to have any lasting impact on sp in ref to a higher price for raising.
sp recently rose to 40c+ but could not sustain and i think this goes back to my earlier comments about the composition of the register

I am sure that the decision to raise capital was made some time ago and once committed to would be implemented asap
