I will go in favour of capital raising, as the SP is close to the issue price. If it gets rejected the SP may drop, if goes ahead debt will be paid down. Key issue with cap raising for equity gets diluted.....but look at the current price, is it a big deal! If debt is reduced, the SP will be rerated and they will have more cash flow for increasing prod and more money for exploration.
