there is no reason for a re-tace

APART from the time factor.

I we will have ANN about it Gene getting hooked up ( commercial) before Gary spuds.

then anticipation of gary spudding 1.5 - 2 weeks before it happens , so really there is only 1.5-2 weeks of down time.

down time will not really happen because the fundamentals are all coming together nicely......

but who really knows , its up to the market to decide
