I think he means it's the same reservoir but in a structurally separate closure. They would know if it was connected to Pluto because they would know Pluto's GWC from the pressure gradients. It would be an absolutely massive field if it was connected.
I suppose it can't be too big a structure, though - or else they would have drilled it long before now.
