Just to explain a bit further what i think I am observing (I used to be an institutional trader in my younger days when you used to flush out hidden buyers and sellers).
There are about 5 genuine sellers left on GAS at higher price levels than the last sale price.
The capper has included about 8 additional small sell orders at levels closer to the last price to make it out as there are a fair few sellers so any new sellers are putting their sell orders lower to get their trade completed.
If one of two of his small sell orders get taken out, he removes his other orders until the buyer moves up, then comes out and pushes the price back down and then puts all his smaller sell orders back on again as any new buyers back off again.
I help this helps explain what I am seeing. But it could all be just co-incidence.
So, you make up your own mind.
