Every stock on HotCopper has a Cap Raise guy...they rarely ever hold the stock but like to repeatedly mention cap raise. At some point,most stocks do actually do a capital raise,then if they have said it enough,even if it takes years,they can come back & say that they told everybody that there would be a capital raise & to some, they come off looking like a genius because they called it...but even a stopped watch is right twice a day
