They aren't giving you flow rates because its all about keeping the lease. If the wells produce just a small amount of gas they are producers.
Then the Utah Government won't take Clear Creek away from them. Marion wont tell you what the flow rates because they will currently be embarrasing. The wells are old and water logged. It will take possibly months of pumping and water disposal to get these wells productive, if that is even possible. Right now the excessive water in the well means they will be producing virtually nothing.
Utah Fuel #8 flowed for many years at 0.01 mmcf/day without any water disposal.
The well was shut in between 2004-2008
After 5 months of pumping in 2008-2009 the well produced 0.046 mmcf/day.
Look at the history.. dont expect anything different
