Not playing in either at the moment but just a scenario to consider.
In the event of failure both TMK and EXR will get share price damage.
In the event of success both TMK and EXR will have share price appreciation - possibly a great deal.
In the latter instance you are sitting pretty regardless.
BUT in the event of failure does one company have other assets that can recover things in a meaningful way?
Just a question for you all to DYOR on and think about.
