Digity...you maybe right in a lot of what you say theoretically but where I disagree with you is that I think you vastly underestimate the amount of global govt expenditure that will be thrown at all things de-carb. History may well show that large amounts will prove to be a total waste of money but for the foreseeable future I personally see this as akin to underwriting the whole industry for at least a decade ...it's a bit like 'don't fight the Fed'! Most western countries see this as their number 1 path to staying in power so I think the pool of funds will be bottomless for a few years. Your logic is probably correct your predicted outcome I suspect is not.
