MOU for a 500 kw power station is not the same as a gas sales MOU to supply a customer directly.
Pretty obvious to me that the clause in the first MOU to go direct to, in this case a miner, was put there because they were probably already in discussions.
The miner, before even talking to Ivz would have crunched some basic numbers imo they are best placed to decide what works for them.
