can you post a link to said interview please? If this is the case clearly Zimbabwe just can’t help themselves. Standard PPSAs all over the world generally have cost oil at 50%. For them to want more is going to make them as a nation even less appealing for foreign investment. Hopefully this gets sorted soon as we are slowly bleeding out and the longer in delay, the more risk investors attach to investing capital into Zimbabwe.
