The unknown is that there could be a Mexican standoff whereas Zim Gov't is wanting a fairly unreasonable share and SM and the boys are holding out and are the ones not signing as they are trying to cut the percentage back to more reasonable terms for IVZ. So no PPSA is not being signed because IVZ is holding it up for say 5%? Of course I am only speculating but hey...there is precious little news re the continuance of the PPSA and expected agreement between the parties. It is sort of stating to enter the realm of the ridiculous now. Fair suck of the sav as K Rudd would say. Just get it done and get it done now, Invictus Games kick off this week don't they?
