Totally agree with what you have said. But I think you have misunderstood what I was saying. Shareholders do not have the right to interfere with the operation or management of a company. Shareholders cannot directly communicate with any entity that is directly or indirectly involved with the company in regards to the action or operations of the company. You can say what you like to IVZ, If you do not like how the company is operated then you can air your concerns to the BOD and air your views at an appropriate meeting or sell your shares and move on.
