I think this is a good announcement. Even though there is nothing binding, it shows that the potential is there and there is plenty of people interested in getting their hands on the IVZ gas. It also shows there are partners with experience in Zim that know how things work in the country.
The potential is beginning to show. We just need that elusive PPSA and a flow test that smashes it out of the park (not asking much).
