Deciphering the MOU
Himoinsa wants the gas to power their remote backup generators which looks like they have a fair few Zimbabwe wide.
They will also may contemplate setting up a small scale 18MW plant to connect 5km to the local grid if there is any excess gas leftover from the initial pilot to sell to the grid.
I doubt they are here to build large scale infrastructure to power Zimbabwe this would require way more wells, more cash and larger scale infrastructure build.
