Because diesel is way easier to import in a landlocked country than CNG. Yet if they had a CNG source 50k down the road this is where IVZ comes into play ? I even said its the most believable MOU I've seen so far actually.
I just dont' believe they'll be able to power the mine by supplying to the grid due to the blackout nature of zimbabwe that doesn't have a 24 hours base load electricity supply and a smal; cale pilot project will not fix this.
Because diesel is way easier to import in a landlocked country...
