I'd also say Himoinsa would be targeting something like a mini CNG plant as they have multiple backup power installations at remote mines around the country that it means they could increase the size of this and service multiple customers.

I don't think they would be in the business to build power lines to each of these customers

Until the day some power generation company with very deep pockets decides to fix zimbabwe's base load issue (which would also require many gas wells and not just one) this seems to me a feasible solution as a early monetization plan
