For a junior E&P this stock ticks all the boxes:
- substantial infrastructure
- access to high margin markets
- proven production capacity
- available financing options
- sales contracts in place (!!)
- remarkable upside potential with massive exploration potential
- substantial upside via appraisal & development
- experienced management in place
- well connected investors/financiers
- interest from deep pocketed buyers

Hard to see any substantial downside risks, but plenty of blue sky all around. My best guess is the market agrees, and will re-rate this stock as the good news keeps coming and it can no longer be ignored.
